Small Group Training

Skill development is a key component in helping an athlete develop into an improved basketball player. Our focus is to challenge and engage each athlete in developing basic basketball skills through instructional and competitive drills.  We offer small group training and level-appropriate programs to help enhance each players' skill set.  Stations are designed to focus specifically on:

  • footwork, shooting

  • finishing moves

  • ball-handling, passing

  • rebounding

  • defense

Each 90 minute session serves as a building block to help players improve upon their individual needs.
